POSTER PRESENTATION:
Throughout the IAPHE’18, there will be a moment for the presentation of posters. For those who wish to present a poster, you must submit your proposal, in Portuguese or English, using the template available here (this template is only a suggestion, not a mandatory format). Your proposal should be sent to our email dep-IAPHE2018@ua.pt. The accepted proposals shall be presented orally by the authors, in a pitch mode, in the session “My project in higher education in 5 minutes!” (see the IAPHE’18 program).
TRAINING:
The participants whose poster proposal is accepted shall have access to a training course funded by CIDTFF, in Portuguese, named COMMUNICATING SCIENCE IN PUBLIC – When the audience says “wow”, on September 18th 2018 (from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.), at the Departamento de Educação e Psicologia of University of Aveiro. This training course will be conducted by two specialized trainers, Alexandra Ataíde & Ângelo Conde. Each author will prepare her/his pitch to communicate Science in a clear, motivating way for the general public.

Up to July 19th 2018 – Submission of poster
Up to August 3rd 2018 – Notification of acceptance of the poster submitted
NEW CALL:
Up to August 31st 2018 – Submission of poster
Up to September 4th 2018 – Notification of acceptance of the poster submitted
REGISTRATION:
Up to September 5th 2018 – Early Bird registration (30 euros)*
From September 20th 2018 on – Normal registration (60 euros)
* Doctoral students from Portuguese higher education institutions are free from registration payment.
